JULIE
Julie Hess was born and raised in St. Louis, and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences. She spent the majority of her professional career in sales and event production for leading catering and event planning companies in Chicago and San Francisco, and is excited to bring that experience to Stacy Erker Event Strategy. Julie has produced all types and sizes of events for corporate, social, and non-profit clients; her favorite aspect of planning is the uniqueness of each event. In 2016, she relocated to her hometown of St. Louis with her husband and their dog, and since then has welcomed two daughters to the family.
When she’s not working, Julie can be found experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, or enjoying the great outdoors – anywhere from a national park to her own backyard. She is a community volunteer and is actively involved with the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis: she has been a member of the Junior Board since 2018, served as Chair of the Board in 2021, and has been on the DEAI Committee since 2022.
ELIZABETH
Elizabeth Hatfield is a St. Louis Native with a background in education and non-profit development. She shifted her focus to events after finding a passion for planning fundraisers and weddings a few years ago. Elizabeth is incredibly detail-oriented and enjoys all aspects of the planning process - - especially day-of execution. She is a true creative and always bring fantastic ideas to the table.

When she isn't working working, Elizabeth can be found enjoying city living with her husband and three young children.
